Phase 3: Rediscover Retreat

7 Day Retreats

Are you Joy-ning us? Book Your Retreat

Arrive disconnected. Leave with purpose, possibility, and a whole lot more sparkle.

...where everything is taken care of, giving you the freedom to explore who you are, what matters to you and what genuinely brings you joy.

Each day combines learning, reflection, experimentation, shared experiences and a whole lot of fun. Mornings are spent exploring different parts of you, afternoons give you opportunities to try new things, challenge old assumptions and discover what lights you up. And the time in between? You guessed it. We have fun!

With a maximum of six guests, every retreat is highly personalised. From your favourite meals to the experiences you'd love to try, this week is about discovering what makes you unmistakably, unapologetically you.

Our Promise to You:

  • We'll never pretend to have all the answers.
  • We'll never pressure you to share more than you're ready to.
  • We'll always balance inspiration with practical action.
  • We'll do everything we can to help you leave with more joy than you arrived with.

Inside the Experience

To help you rediscover who you are, what matters to you and what makes you sparkle, so you can start creating a life that feels unmistakably yours.

Rediscover is for when you’re ready to look beyond managing and existing, and start asking what you actually want. You may have completed Reset and Restore, followed the philosophy your own way, or simply know that this is the phase you’re ready for.

We believe discovering yourself should be an adventure, so expect less soul searching in a dark room and more curiosity, experimentation, new experiences and plenty of fun along the way.

This isn’t about reinventing yourself or becoming a “better” version of you. It’s about getting curious, challenging the expectations you’ve collected along the way and rediscovering more of the person who was already there.

Mornings are spent exploring different parts of who you are and what lights you up, while afternoons give you opportunities to experiment, try new things and turn those discoveries into real experiences.

With a maximum of 6 guests, we can get to know the real you and shape the experience around your interests, curiosities, preferences and the things you’d secretly love to try.

This isn't therapy, it's certainly not a luxury spa escape, and definitely not a bootcamp. There's no emotional healing or forced positivity. It's a practical, uplifting experience designed to help you build a life you don't want to escape from.

You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of who you are, what matters to you and what makes you sparkle, plus plenty of ideas for bringing more of it into the life you create next.

Full Itinerary

Our Itineraries Are Made to Move

This itinerary is our plan, not our rulebook. Activities may move or change depending on the weather, season, local events and what the group is interested in. And if something brilliant comes up along the way? We're absolutely allowed to change our minds.

Afternoon

  • We’ll meet you at your chosen collection point and officially begin your Rediscover adventure.
  • Then it’s time for the journey home, with plenty of opportunities for snacks, ice cream, sightseeing and a cheeky toe dip in the sea along the way.

Evening

  • Once we arrive, we’ll show you around, get you settled into your room and run through everything you need to know for the week ahead.
  • Then it’s time for our Welcome BBQ! Great food, new friends and absolutely no requirement to know who you are, what you want or what your life purpose is just yet. We have seven days for that.

Morning

  • Our first proper day begins with a delicious home cooked breakfast before we get into the most important subject of the entire week: you.
  • In our 'Introduction to You', we’ll explore how expectations, responsibilities and years of doing what we think we should do can gradually disconnect us from what we actually enjoy, value and want.
  • Then the serious introspection stops because it’s Crafts Day! Paint, make, create, experiment and discover whether there's an artistic genius hiding inside you. Absolutely no talent required.

Afternoon

  • After lunch, we’re off for wine tasting (yum yum).
  • We'll learn a little, taste a lot and explore the simple pleasure of trying something because you're curious about it, rather than because it's productive, sensible or useful.
  • If you want you can also buy a bottle or 2 of your fav's

Evening

  • After dinner, things are about to get suspicious.
  • Tonight it's a Fancy Dress Murder Mystery! Ridiculous costumes will be provided by us, but the questionable acting will be provided by you. Expect outrageous accusations and at least one person taking their role considerably more seriously than necessary (that's probably Andy).
  • Then the evening is yours to relax before bed.

Morning

  • After breakfast, we begin with a deceptively simple question: Who are you? in the session 'Who are you? - Part 1'
  • Not your job title. Not someone's partner, parent, child or colleague. Not the person everyone expects you to be. Today we'll start exploring your interests, values, personality, preferences and the things that make you uniquely you.

Afternoon

  • Then we're putting curiosity into practice with a trip to Kalogria Beach.
  • We'll pack a picnic and spend the afternoon by the sea, with the chance to swim, relax and try paddleboarding.
  • Never been paddleboarding before? Excellent. That's rather the point.

Evening

  • Once we're home, we'll come together for 'Who Are You? - Part 2', where we'll dig a little deeper into what you've discovered and start separating the things that genuinely feel like you from the things you've simply collected along the way.
  • Then it's time to get a little fancy because we're heading out for dinner at Bodega Summer.
  • Gorgeous venue, stunning sunsets, delicious food, great atmosphere and absolutely no personality assessments over dessert.
  • Once we're home, we'll wind down with our night routine before bed.

Morning

  • We'll start with our morning routine and breakfast before moving into 'Self Identity - Part 1'.
  • Today is about the stories you tell yourself about who you are. What are you good at? What aren't you good at? What kind of person are you? What would you never do? And, most importantly, how many of those answers are actually still true?
  • Then you'll have some free time before lunch to let all of that percolate (with a coffee, if need be).

Afternoon

  • This afternoon we're experimenting again, with time dedicated to meditative hobbies like making skincare and gardening.
  • Two completely different activities, one simple idea: try things, notice what you enjoy and stop worrying about whether they're something you would "normally" do.
  • Later, we'll come back together for 'Self Identity - Part 2', where we'll explore how identity can quietly become a set of rules and how much more interesting life becomes when you're willing to question some of them.

Evening

  • And what better way to challenge the sentence "I'm not really a dancer" than a Dance Class!
  • Depending on the day, we'll be trying Greek dancing, salsa or something equally capable of exposing everyone's complete inability to coordinate their arms and legs.
  • Nobody cares whether you're good. We're considerably more interested in whether you're willing to try.
  • Then we'll head home, complete our night routine and give our feet a well-earned rest.

Morning

  • After our morning routine and breakfast, it's time to look at what gets between you and the things you actually want.
  • 'Blocking Blockers - Part 1' explores the fears, assumptions, expectations and practical obstacles that can stop us trying things before we've even begun.
  • Fear of looking silly. Fear of failing. Fear of judgement. "I'm too old." "I'm not that kind of person." "I wouldn't be any good at it." Today we start challenging some of those stories.

Afternoon

  • Then we're heading somewhere rather special: Trizonia.
  • We'll spend the day exploring this tiny island, eating, wandering, talking and enjoying a completely different pace of life.
  • Along the way we'll introduce a little philosophy (when in Rome and all that!), using the surroundings and our conversations to explore some bigger questions about choice, identity, happiness and what makes a life feel genuinely yours.

Evening

  • Once we're home, we'll come together for 'Blocking Blockers - Part 2', where we'll turn the day's ideas back towards your own life and explore what might become possible if a few of those blockers stopped making the decisions.
  • Then we'll have dinner before settling in for Movie Night.
  • Blankets, snacks and absolutely no philosophical analysis of the film unless someone really insists.
  • We'll finish with our night routine before bed.

Morning

  • Today starts with our morning routine followed by 'Discovering Joy - Part 1'.
  • You've spent the week getting curious about who you are. Now we're turning that curiosity towards what brings you alive.
  • We'll explore interests, experiences, people, places and possibilities that spark something in you, including the things you've forgotten, dismissed or simply never tried.
  • Then we're heading out for brunch because curiosity works considerably better when properly fed.

Afternoon

  • After some free time and lunch, we'll come back together for 'Discovering Joy - Part 2', where we'll start turning all those discoveries into possibilities for your actual life.
  • Then we're putting the theory aside and heading into the kitchen for a Cooking Class with a twist (the twist is secret for now, but we promise it will be fun!)
  • We'll chop, taste, experiment, probably make an enormous mess and hopefully create something delicious in the process.

Evening

  • Dinner should be particularly interesting tonight considering we've just been cooking.
  • After that, the evening is free. Have a drink, chat, play games, disappear with a book or simply enjoy having nowhere else you need to be.
  • Then we'll wind down with our night routine before bed.

Morning

  • Our final full day begins with our morning routine and breakfast before we turn our attention outwards.
  • In 'Sharing the Joy - Part 1', we'll explore how the things that make us feel alive become even more powerful when they're shared, whether that's through friendships, experiences, generosity, creativity, community or simply inviting more people into the fun.

Afternoon

  • And we're going to demonstrate this incredibly sophisticated philosophical concept with... Summer Camp Games!
  • Expect ridiculous challenges, team games, questionable competitiveness and the opportunity to behave considerably less like a responsible adult than usual.
  • There will be winners. There will be losers. There may be cheating. We make no promises.
  • After lunch, the afternoon is yours to relax, recover and perhaps demand a recount.

Evening

  • We'll come together one final time for 'Sharing the Joy - Part 2', bringing everything you've discovered during Rediscover together and thinking about what happens when you take this version of yourself back into the world.
  • Then we'll have dinner before changing into our finest evening attire (by which we obviously mean pyjamas).
  • It's time for our PJ Party and Karaoke! Music, snacks, terrible singing, enthusiastic dancing and absolutely no judgement whatsoever.
  • Tonight isn't about discussing what makes you sparkle.
  • It's about sparkling.
  • Eventually we'll wind down with our final night routine and attempt to ignore the fact that tomorrow is leaving day.

Morning

  • It's our final breakfast together. Somehow 7 days ago you were arriving at a house full of strangers, and now you're leaving with new friends.
  • We'll eat something delicious, enjoy one last morning together and reflect on everything you've discovered, tried, questioned, laughed at and learned about yourself during the week.
  • Our hope is that you aren't leaving with a rigid definition of who you're supposed to be. Quite the opposite. You're leaving more curious about yourself, clearer about what matters and much more willing to explore where that curiosity might take you.
  • Or, as we promised at the beginning: purpose, possibility, and a whole lot more sparkle.

Later Morning

  • Then it's time to load up and begin the journey back to your chosen departure point.
  • There'll probably be hugs. There may be tears. And after karaoke night, there may also be several voices that have mysteriously disappeared.
  • But Rediscover isn't really about reaching some final answer to "Who am I?" It's about becoming curious enough to keep finding out.
  • Your sparkle was never lost. And now you know where to look for it.

Accommodation

Come in. Make yourself at home.

Welcome to our home in Argyra, a peaceful village surrounded by nature, with stunning mountain views and glimpses of Greece's gorgeous west coast.

With just six guests, you'll never have to compete for space or attention, just a stay that's personalised around the little things that make you feel at home. This isn't a hotel or traditional retreat centre, it's a real home. You'll have your own comfortable bedroom, shared living spaces and so many outdoor areas you could choose a different favourite every day.

Unpack your bags, kick off your shoes and make yourself at home. This is not a hotel. This is something much more personal.

Three floors. Five balconies. More places to sit than anyone reasonably needs.

Our three-level mountain home has plenty of room to spread out, inside and out, with sunny terraces, shady corners and spaces for doing everything or absolutely nothing. Take a dip in the pool, fire up the BBQ or pizza oven, play pool, darts or foosball, grab a book from the mini library, belt out some karaoke or settle in for a movie in one of our homemade cinemas.

And when you just want to relax? Choose from five balconies and a slightly ridiculous collection of hammocks, swing chairs, egg chairs, bean bags, sun loungers and deck chairs.

Secluded in the mountains but not cut off from the world, we're around 10 minutes from the beach and 30 minutes from the centre of Patras.

The room with the view.

Wake up to some of the best mountain views in the house from this bright, comfortable room with a king-size bed that can also be arranged as twins, excellent Wi-Fi, air conditioning and your own private bathroom.

It can get a little toasty during the Greek summer, but thankfully the air-con is very good at its job.

Pros:

  • EU Grand King bed or Twin beds
  • Excellent Internet
  • Best views in the villa of the vast mountains of Greece!
  • Air Conditioning
  • Private Bathroom

Cons:

  • Can get hot in summer, but the air-con is great in summer, but the air-con is great

Your own magical (and literal) doorway to the mountains

A comfortable room with a king-size bed that can also be arranged as twins, excellent Wi-Fi and air conditioning, plus your own private access to an outdoor space overlooking the Greek mountains.

The bathroom is shared with just one other guest room, but with the mountains right outside your door, we think it’s a pretty fair trade.

Pros:

  • EU Grand King bed or Twin beds
  • Excellent Internet
  • Private access to outside space overlooking the mountains of Greece!
  • Air Conditioning

Cons:

  • Shared bathroom with 1 other bedroom

The coolest room in the house. Literally.

Our naturally coolest bedroom is perfect for anyone who likes to escape the Greek summer heat, with a king-size bed that can also be arranged as twins, excellent Wi-Fi and air conditioning.

The secret to staying so cool? Just one small window. The bathroom is shared with one other guest room, but when it’s 35°C outside, you may be too busy appreciating the temperature to care.

Pros:

  • EU Grand King bed or Twin beds
  • Excellent Internet
  • This is the coolest bedroom (temperature wise) in summer
  • Air Conditioning

Cons:

  • Shared bathroom with 1 other bedroom
  • Only 1 small window (this is the reason it is so cool in summer!)
